Orders
We hope you will love your purchase. We have given detailed descriptions with all of our products please make sure you have read the description and details in full, please contact us before purchasing if you have any questions. All items are made individually and not factory produced, this in turn means that the colors could vary in distribution; in addition lighting used will make a difference in how your tutu may look. Please always consider this in your purchasing.
Since our items are custom made when you purchase, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds. Please make sure you have selected the appropriate sizing when ordering.
Unless an item is in our READY2SHIP section it will need to be custom made, please make sure you have referred to our make times prior to purchasing if you have a deadline and are unsure whether the make and additional ship time will allow it to arrive in time, please email us first and we can let you know when the item would ship. We can not be responsible for items arriving after your need by date if you have not figured in enough make time when ordering.
In the highly unlikely event that you receive an item that is damaged or defective, a return or exchange may be issued at the sole discretion of Hannah's Tutus. All damaged or defective items must be brought to our attention within 48 business hours of the item being delivered.
Payments
We use PayPal to process all of our payments; payments through PayPal can be made using an approved PayPal Credit Card, a Debit Card or e-check.
We do not start any custom orders until your cleared payment has been received please keep that in mind when using e-checks (allow a 5-7 business day turnaround for clearing for US echecks).
We always respect our customer’s privacy and security, all payments made through our site are 100% secure, and we will NEVER share your personal information with anyone.
PLEASE MAKE SURE WHEN CHECKING OUT THAT THE SHIP TO ADDRESS IS CORRECT AT CHECKOUT AND ON YOUR PAYPAL PAYMENT.
Delivery & Shipping
All orders will incur shipping charges based on the size of your order and location. We utilize the United States Postal Service for all of our shipping. We have researched rates from various carriers to offer the best shipping prices to our customers at this time USPS offers the best pricing for the services we need.
The make time does not include ship time. For regular sized shipments to U.S. locations we use USPS Priority Mail, this is generally a 3 business day ship time (this is not a guaranteed service and so occasionally delivery may take longer than 3 days). Larger orders of more than 2 tutus, some costume sets and dresses may require shipping via parcel service to your zone. Parcel service can take 7-10 business days once we ship your order.
RUSH ORDERS – we do have options for you to have an item made faster or for faster shipping. U.S. Orders can select Express Shipping, express shipping takes 1-2 business days depending on your location, we can not guarantee express shipping to get to you within one business day.
Once your item has shipped we can not be responsible for the package, we purchase delivery confirmations on all packages to ensure USPS has delivered to your location (we can not offer replacements on packages that show delivered, delayed on route or arrive damaged by no fault of ours). We highly recommend purchasing the insurance on your package in case your package is damaged or any other situations occur on route. Issues out of our control such as return of order for inaccurate addresses or other stated postal reasons will require the buyer to pay the addtl cost to reship the package.
Hannah's Tutus can not be responsible for shipping times longer than the stated USPS delivery times, unfortunately occasionally due to holiday rushes, weather conditions and other unexplained reasons their shipping time can take longer, thanks for understanding.
Gift Giving
All tutus and accessories are shipped in boxes and our boxes are lined with tissue paper on the bottom and top. If you purchase is a gift please let us know in the message area at checkout or send an email to info@hannahstutus.com and we will happily place one of our “Special Gift for You” tags on the tutu with a message at no additional to you.
Product Availability & Designs
Please note that all of our designs are one of a kind’s even when ordering a specific design the distribution of the tulle colors or ribbons in that design may differ slightly. In addition, we may differ the ribbon bow on any design (it will always match the design) along with flower color or style and distribution of colored sequins.
We can never guarantee an exact color or style of flower or exact ribbons as our stock does change from time to time. If you prefer a certain color for your ribbon bow or other detail please note on your order.
Should we be out of stock for an item you order we will contact you as soon as possible to see if you would like to change your order or prefer to cancel.
Prices
Our product prices are listed on our website; prices shown do not include shipping or taxes (Missouri locations are required to pay taxes). Prices are subject to change at any time without notice.
Product Warnings
Please note small embellishments such as adhered rhinestones or hand sewn on sequins are not recommended for Children under 5 years of age, if you elect to have these extras please watch your child carefully, Hannah's Tutus can not be held responsible or liable for any embellishments that may be pulled off and pose a choking hazard.
Hannah’s Tutus uses the finest tulle in the industry, all of our tulle has been tested and is made in the USA.
Order Acceptance & Cancellations
When your order processes you must check off that you have read our terms of sale stated on this page, in doing so you are accepting that you understand and agree to all of our terms stated.
Once an order is placed, you may cancel with a full refund if no work has been completed on the order. Once we start to process your order whether its been cut or in the assembly line you will no longer be eligible for a full refund. Rush orders will incur a cancellation fee equivalent to the rush fee charged at time of the order. Standard Time orders will incur a $5 Cancellation Fee if your order has been started on.
Hannah’s Tutus reserves the right to refuse service to anyone at any time. We at Hannah’s Tutus strive to provide accurate product descriptions and pricing information, however pricing or typographical errors may occur. In the event that an item is listed incorrectly, we shall have the right, at our sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any orders placed for that item. Should an order be cancelled due to a deadline we can not meet, item availability or refusal of service, we will send you an email within 48 business hours notifying you of the cancellation and refund any charges.
