How long will it take to get my order? TOP
When you make your purchase please be sure to note all the details regarding sizing and colors to avoid delays in your order processing.
Our Standard make time does run 14 business days for tutus and up to 21 business days for tutu dresses. (this does not include time for shipping time ). We offer rush options for those needing their orders sooner than the stated make time. Please always email us if you have questions on whether you can recieve an order by a certain date at info@hannahstutus.com I would like my order rushed. Is that possible? TOP
We do offer rush options on select products. When you select a rush option that will allow your purchase to be made within the business day timeline selected (your item will still need to ship and ship time is additional to the rush make time).
What Payments do you accept? TOP
We use paypal to process all payments. With paypal you can pay via credit card or echeck, please note paying via echeck will delay your order some as your make time will start once the payment clears. Can I cancel my order? TOP
If you have placed an order an we have not started to prepare the order we will be happy to process a cancellation for you.
If we have started to prep/cut or assemble your order and it is one of our shown designs we can cancel your order prior to shipment, there will be a $10 cancellation fee per a tutu to cancel any orders that have been prepped for assembly or assembled.
Any Design your own tutu orders or orders in which a change to our standard designs has been selected will not be available for cancellation once started on.

We ship via USPS Priority Mail (2-3 day delivery) within the US, please note that priority mail is not a GUARANTEED service and therefore on occasion can take more than the 3 days estimated time. (Exception is orders of 3 or more tutus could ship parcel mail in the US depending on the location).
We process all shipping labels via your paypal payment so you can always go into your transaction and check the status. When we process the label a note is sent via the email connected to your paypal informing you that your purchase is shipping.
International Orders ship Priority Mail service, Priority Mail for Intl locations takes about 6-10 postal days to arrive (this time frame could vary for some Intl locations). Please be patient with your Intl shipments.
What are your business hours? TOP
Business Days are Monday - Friday, weekends and all postal holidays are considered non-business days please take these into consideration when calculating the make time. What is your Privacy Policy? TOP We will NEVER share your private information with any other party. All of your transactions are processed on our secure server. Your privacy is of utmost importance to us. We do offer a bulk purchase discount on a case by case basis, please contact us via email if you have a larger order with the specifics of your order so we can give a discount estimate. Do you include gift cards? TOP We have special tags for our tutus, if you are making a purchase for a gift please leave a note in the message section at checkout or to be sure we know or just email us your note, we will include a special tag at no additional cost on your gift. This question is asked quite often our tutus are considered tied however we like to stress that we have been doing this for years, most makers do a loop like tie and this can look messy around the waist and come undone easy. WE DO NOT use this technique, we have worked hard to perfect a technique of knots and tying that almost looks sewn at the waist with its neat appearance and one that we can't get undone (unless we cut) now the waists are sewn shut they are made on a 1 inch non roll elastic and are easy to stretch. We use only quality products and take care with how we make the tutus to ensure you are buying one of the best on the market. How do I care for my Tutu? TOP
Caring for your Tutu is easy. Your purchase will come folded in a box and so it will require a little bit of fluffing upon arrival. Remove from the box and hang right away. Start with the inside layers first and work your way out by running your hands thru the layers be careful if you have embellishments like rhinestones or sequins on your top layers. Once you have worked your way pulling and fluffing thru all the layers we recommend hanging in your bathroom and running a hot shower for 5-10 minutes to get out any creases. (some prefer to just use a steamer - again be careful not to get too close especially if your tutu has embellishments on it).
On the day of your pictures, party or event - put the dress or tutu on your little girl and refluff while on them for the perfect look.
Can the tutu be washed?
If you get some cake or ice cream on your tutu we recommend that you simply run the areas under warm water and clean by hand then hang your tutu to dry - once its dry just simply refluff. Do you make the bloomers to match? TOP
We don't make the matching bloomers or tops shown in some pictures. We work closely with Bella Claire Baby www.bellaclairebaby.com whom makes all the bloomers and tops. The owner, Kerry, uses top quality products and we will work together to communicate on your order and match our items as close as possible.
